Welcome to ClientSpark, operated by SolrLabs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using clientspark.app or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these terms. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
Billing is handled securely via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. We do not store credit card information.
Refunds: On monthly plans, you may request a full refund within 30 days of signup or any renewal. On annual plans, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds on annual plans are granted only at our sole discretion (we generally prefer to keep clients happy and will work with you on reasonable cases, but we must protect larger annual commitments).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We are granted a limited license to host, process, and display it solely as needed to provide the Service.
The Service, including software, design, features, and all related materials, is owned by SolrLabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.
By using ClientSpark, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your company name, logo, and any testimonials or quotes you provide (or that we reasonably attribute to you) on our website, "Who Uses Us" section, marketing materials, and promotional content.
You may request removal of your branding or testimonial at any time by contacting support. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolrLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Kentucky.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

ClientSpark ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ClientSpark service at clientspark.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
We collect: account information (name, email, company), client onboarding data you enter or import, and usage analytics. When you connect HubSpot we receive only the data you authorize. We may use Twilio and SendGrid for notifications you trigger.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, financial, biometric) or data from children.
To provide and improve the Service, process payments via Stripe, send communications, and analyze usage (anonymized where possible).
We share information only with necessary service providers (HubSpot, Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe, hosting) and when legally required. We do not sell your data.
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and limited analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
Upon account cancellation, we delete your customer and client data within 6 months. On your explicit request via support, we delete it within 14 days.
We may retain limited data longer as required by law (e.g., billing records and basic audit logs for tax, accounting, and security purposes — typically up to 7 years for financial records).
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting support@clientspark.app. We respond promptly.
Our service is hosted in the United States. Non-U.S. users consent to the transfer and processing of their data in the U.S.
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
